Estimated charges for the current billing cycle to date. Overage bills in 50 GB blocks beyond your included data. The unused-data credit shares back savings from data you didn't use in your last completed cycle (full 50 GB blocks). Your invoice may differ slightly.
Bill per line = monthly + management fee + overage (per started 50 GB block over included) − unused-data credit (per full 50 GB block of last completed cycle's unused included data). Set Credit $/50GB to 0 for no credit program on a line. Customers see only their lines, usage, and this bill.
Sign-in is via Microsoft Entra ID — no passwords here. The email must match their Microsoft account. External customers must first be invited as guests in Entra (Azure portal → Entra ID → Users → Invite external user). Saving an existing email overwrites that user.
